One of the three collections for the year 2023 Lunar New Year's Eve Red Envelope
I wanted to do a retro design for this collection. The front and back feature typography in bold and colorful style. With no indication of year number on the envelope, this design can be used for different New Year events.
Grain and noise texture was added using different brushes to create the "retro" feeling. Thin outlines were used for the elements, with vibrant highlighting colors.
CREATING PROCESS
The designs were done in Procreate, then adapted and edited in Photoshop for printing.
